Our Program Philosophy
We value each child’s uniqueness and respect diverse learning styles, personalities, and intelligences. We believe education decisions must be based on collaborative partnerships between parents and families with collective knowledge of child development.
We care for and educate all children in positive emotional and social environments that are cognitively stimulating and support each child’s culture, language, ethnicity, and family structure.
We establish and maintain relationships of respect, trust, confidentiality, collaboration, and cooperation with parents and families. We advocate for all children, including those with special needs, to play and learn in an inclusive environment with access to needed support services.
